In order to better service our patient/clients we have three synergistic teams committed to you. This team approach helps AAG Health and Wellness gain the highest recognition and provides the best in patient care and satisfaction.
Patient Care Team
When you begin your journey with AAG Health and Wellness, you will have initial contact with a patient care specialist. This patient care specialist will be assigned exclusively to you and will act as your personal representative and contact person at the AAG medical headquarters located in Aventura -
Florida . Your Patient Care Specialist will handle all your inquiries, explain program options, handle scheduling, coordination of medical documentation and fulfillment of medications. Our Patient Care Specialists are all members of the A4M, are well-versed with the latest protocols and advancements regarding hormone treatments and have at least 4 years of experience within the industry.
Medical Staff Team
Our medical team is available in person and on the phone Monday thru Friday and are all dedicated to providing an unsurpassed medical experience in a professional and ethical manner. The medical team specializes in HGH and testosterone treatments and includes physicians (MD’s), licensed physician assistants (PA-C), phlebotomists, and nurse practitioners. Their responsibilities include diagnosis, medical consultations, lab work analysis, and follow ups. Our medical team is with you on every step of the journey and is committed to ensure you receive continuity of quality care.
Administrative Team
The back office is critical to any organizations success. At AAG Health and Wellness this is one of our keys. Our administrative team communicates between the Patient Care Specialists and the Medical Staff. This team is responsible for assisting the physicians and the patient care specialists. They ensure lab work and physical exams are scheduled on a timely basis. Their diligence is important in ensuring that all paperwork meets legal and HIPPA requirements, and that follow ups are done on a regular basis. They are also responsible for the shipping of medications. This team includes our accounting staff and ensures that billing and other processing is done properly.
